About ANMDC

Curriculum

What makes the curriculum different

Six ideas shape the way subjects are taught and assessed at ANMDC.

Anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and pathology are taught together so the body is understood as one connected system.

Students join wards, outpatient clinics and skills laboratories from the first year instead of waiting for the final years.

Weekly tutorials built around real patient cases develop diagnostic reasoning and clear communication.

Mannequins, task trainers and OSCE stations let students practise procedures safely before they are performed on a patient.

Field visits, immunisation drives and health surveys connect classroom theory with public health practice.

Every student completes a supervised research project and presents it at the annual scientific symposium.
