She is a distinguished Assistant Professor in the Forensic Medicine and Toxicology Department at Azra Naheed Medical College, Superior University, Lahore. Her academic journey commenced at People’s Medical College, Sindh University Jamshoro, where she graduated in 1995. Driven by her passion for forensic medicine, she pursued postgraduation and obtained a Diploma in Medical Jurisprudence from Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi, in 2019. With an illustrious career in forensic medicine and toxicology, Dr. Waseem served at the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at Sindh Medical College, Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi, for an impressive nine years. Her extensive experience in the field has honed her expertise and insights. Dr. Farah has contributed significantly to the scientific community, boasting five research publications to her credit. Her commitment to professional development is evident in her recent completion of a certificate course in Health Professional Education, organized by the Medical Education Department of Azra Naheed Medical College, Superior University, Lahore. As an academician and researcher, Dr. Farah Waseem’s dedication to advancing forensic medicine and promoting medical education sets a remarkable example for aspiring medical professionals. Her contributions and expertise continue to enrich the field of forensic medicine and inspire future generations in the medical realm.
