Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery Passed M.B.B.S from Rawalpindi medical college in 1987 and then proceeded to United States in 1990 for training in General Surgery followed by fellowship in plastic surgery in 2001 from Lincoln hospital, Cornell University, New York. He has worked as consultant plastic surgeon for about 20 years. His field of interest is constructive and cosmetic surgery. Current-ly working as associate professor plastic surgery at Azra Naheem Medical College and Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Teaching and Research Hospital Lahore. He takes keen interest in teaching medical students about his field and new advances in it.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shoaib is a distinguished medical professional with impressive qualifications. He joined this institution as an Associate Professor in September 2017. Graduating from King Edward Medical College in 1997, he further pursued postgraduate training at Mayo Hospital Lahore, obtaining FCPS in General Surgery from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in 2003. In 2009, he acquired MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland. Dr. Shoaib’s diverse career includes roles as a Surgical Registrar at the Department of Surgical Oncology, Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital (2003-2005), and as a Surgical Specialist in the Department of Surgery at Military Hospital Tabuk, KSA. Before joining this institu- tion, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Depart- ment of Surgery at Lahore Medical & Dental College, Lahore (2013-2017). His expertise lies in Laparoscopic Surgery, General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, and Oncological Surgery. Dr. Shoaib’s contributions to the field are evident through fifteen research publications in HEC recognized journals. With a remarkable academic and professional journey, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shoaib continues to excel in the field of surgery, enriching medical education and patient care.

Dr. Fawad Hameed, an esteemed Associate Profes-sor of General Surgery, joined Azra Naheed Medical College and Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Teaching & Research Hospital in 2020. He earned his medical degree from Quaid-E- Azam Medical College in 2000 and completed his postgraduate training at Bahawalpur Victoria Hospital. In 2009, he achieved FCPS in General Surgery from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. Dr. Hameed’s journey in academia and practice includes roles as an Assistant Professor at Frontier Medical College and Sharif Medical City. Additionally, he served as a consultant Surgeon with the Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia. Currently, Dr. Fawad Hameed serves with dedication in this esteemed institution. His contributions to the field of surgery are evident through eight research publications in HEC recognized journals, with six more scheduled for publication this year. Moreover, he has one publication to his credit from Saudi Arabia. With a strong commitment to medical education and research, Dr. Fawad Hameed continues to make signif-icant strides in the field of surgery, providing excellent care to patients and enriching the medical community.

I graduated from Nishtar Medical College (NMC) in the year 2009. After completing my house job, I passed FCPS part I in General Surgery and joined Jinnah Hospital as Post-graduate resident under supervision of my mentor and teacher and best surgeons Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal and Prof. Dr. Shahzad Awais. Having cleared my FCPS General surgery I joined Azra Naheed Medical College as a Senior Registrar, then later on joined A1-Aleem Medical College, Gulab Devi hospital as Assistant Professor General Surgery. After serving there for a two years, I joined Azra Naheed Medical College as Assistant Professor General Surgery in December 2019. I have currently 10 research publications in renowned journals 7 among them in international Jour- nals. 4 articles are submitted for publication. I have attended multiple scientific sessions and workshops related to medical education. I have association as a fellow of American College of Surgeons and Member of European association for Endoscopy Surgery since 2018. I wish Allah Almighty helps me in this endeavor.

Join as assistant professor with this institution in February, 2021. He graduated in 2012 from Services Institute of Medical Sciences. After completing his post graduate training at Services Hospital Lahore, he acquired FCPS in General Surgery from college of physician and surgeon Pakistan in 2018. He acquired MRCPS from Royal College of Surgeon Glasgow (2020). He also awarded the FACS in 2022 from American College of Surgeons, USA. Worked as Fellow Surgical Oncology of Upper Lower G.I at depart- ment of surgical oncology shukat khanum cancer hospital (2018-2019). Worked as Surgical Specialist in department of surgery at Evercare Hospital, Lahore. Before joining at this institu- tion worked as Senior Registrar department of Surgery, Mayo Hospital Lahore (2019-2021). He has special interest in Laparoscopic Surgery and Practicing General surgery, Colorectal surgery and oncological surgery. He has 8 research publication in National & International HEC recog- nized Journal.

Dr Pir Muneeb Rehman Joined Azra Naheed Medical College in February 2022. He is a Graduate of Xián Jiatong University 2011. He has done his postgraduate training FCPS in general surgery from Jinnah Hospital Lahore in 2018. He has also worked as Senior Registrar of Surgery Jinnah Hospital Lahore (2019 – 2021). He did his Certificate in Medical teaching from UHS and Certificate in Health Research from Superior University in 2022. He has special interest in minimal invasive, endocrine and vascular surgery. He has been organizer of various national and international conferences. He has eight publications in HEC recognized journals of Pakistan.

Special Interest: Endoscopic Urological Sur- gen, Renal Transplant and Sexual Health. I am trained Urological surgeon with special interest in Endoscopy, Renal Transplant and Sexual health. I am trained to perform Endoscopic surgery and Renal Transplant. I have keen interest in teaching medical students. I have attended and participated in many national and international conferences. I have worked as faculty member in training courses. I have also been involved in research and publications for journals. Experi- ence: Senior Registrar in Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation in Sharif Medical and Dental college from 2013 to 2014; then & there i was promoted to Assistant Professor 2014-2016. I worked as Senior House Officer (Pediatric Urology), 2012-2013 in The Children’s Hospital & Institute of Child Health, Lahore. I did my Postgraduate Training from 2008-2012 from Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore. I joined Azra Naheed Medical College and Chaudhry Muhammad Akram Teaching & Research Hospital Lahore from 2016 as Assistant professor. Currently I am working as Associate Professor and HOD of Urology. I have thirteen research publication in HEC recognized Journal.

Dr. Saeed Taj did his MBBS from Hamdard College of medicine and dentistry Karachi. He completed his post graduation training in orthopedic surgery from Jinnah Hospital Lahore. After passing his fellowship exam from CPSP he worked as Senior Registrar in Orthopedic Surgery department of Fatima Memorial Hospital Lahore for three years. He joined orthopedic surgery department of Azra Naheed Medical college as Assistant professor 7 years back. Currently he is heading Orthopedic department ANMDC as Asso- ciate professor. Dr. Saeed has attended more than 30 national and interna- tional workshops, conferences and courses related to orthopedic surgery with 6 national and 12 international research articles on his credits He has two clinical fellowships in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty with special interest and experience in handling congenital deformities in children and complex trauma surgery with Ilizarov application.
